Rich, full bodied Shiraz. Aged for two years in a combination of new and seasoned American oak, it has a spicy, vanilla-rich, black-fruit palate and slight smokiness. The delicate production techniques really show in the finished product.
Bright, deep red in colour. An intense and complex wine with red berry flavours and faint notes of vanilla. The tannins are firm and smooth, while the structure is clean and dry on the finish. This perfectly balanced wine is one that we are seriously proud to stock and an all-time favourite of ours. Perfect with salt marsh lamb.
